Les apaisnates

We carry out every step of our work by hand with great care, from sowing the seeds to packaging. We also gather wild plants, either on our farm or in areas that are unspoilt and free from pollution. In addition, we work with foragers who specialise in wild plants in mountainous regions of France, as well as with fellow dedicated producers, in order to offer you high-quality herbs.

To preserve the richness and diversity of our farm, we practise soil-friendly farming. We grow green manure crops, use ground covers or organic mulch, and avoid deep ploughing in order to protect the structure and vitality of the soil. We also intentionally leave grassed areas and fallow land to provide a haven for insects, small animals and birds.

We hope our products will resonate with those who wish to care for their body and mind, as well as with all who cherish the natural world.
