Our Picks for Now
Furikake *Vegan
Furikake is a seasoning born from the everyday ingenuity of Japanese home kitchens, where it has long been a staple at the table. Its name means simply "to sprinkle over" — one small gesture that brings nourishment to even the busiest of days.
Dashi (Japanese Broth) *Vegan
Dashi is an essential element of Japanese cuisine, adding the famous umami flavor to dishes. Traditionally, it is prepared using kombu and katsuobushi (dried bonito). At Les Apaisantes, we have chosen a vegetarian dashi so that everyone can enjoy it.
For a deeper flavor, you can also add katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) or dried sardines to this dashi, if you like.

Murmure de verdure
While its nut—the hazelnut—is widely known, the leaves have long been used in traditional herbal infusions.
Their flavor is marked by a gentle vegetal bitterness and a hint of acidity, thanks to the plant’s natural tannins.
A cup that evokes the light and breeze of early summer.
Fleur de sel de Guérande à l'ail des ours
We have combined wild garlic, a delicious spring wild plant, with Guérande sea salt. After harvesting it, we mixed it fresh, then immediately combined it with the sea salt before allowing it to ferment slightly for a month and harf.

Les apaisnates
We carry out every step of our work by hand with great care, from sowing the seeds to packaging. We also gather wild plants, either on our farm or in areas that are unspoilt and free from pollution. In addition, we work with foragers who specialise in wild plants in mountainous regions of France, as well as with fellow dedicated producers, in order to offer you high-quality herbs.
To preserve the richness and diversity of our farm, we practise soil-friendly farming. We grow green manure crops, use ground covers or organic mulch, and avoid deep ploughing in order to protect the structure and vitality of the soil. We also intentionally leave grassed areas and fallow land to provide a haven for insects, small animals and birds.
We hope our products will resonate with those who wish to care for their body and mind, as well as with all who cherish the natural world.
