Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted within one hour of purchase and before the shipping label has been printed. After this period, or if the order is already being processed for shipment, no cancellation will be possible.

Right of withdrawal (European Union): As our products are food and beverages (miso, herbal teas, etc.), in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for hygiene and health safety reasons.

Exception for unopened products: If the product is strictly unopened and sealed in its original packaging, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact us by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
