Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only within 1 hour of purchase and before the shipping label has been created. Once we have started preparing your order for shipment, we may not be able to stop it.
Please note that these operational cancellation conditions do not limit your right of withdrawal or any other statutory rights under applicable law.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and France
Subject to applicable exceptions, you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the products. After notifying us, please return the products within the period set by law.

Exception for sealed food and beverages
For sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, the right of withdrawal may not apply if they are opened or unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Returning unopened products
If the product is unopened and still sealed in its original packaging, please notify us of your decision to withdraw by email within 14 days of receipt. We will then provide the return address. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless the law requires us to cover them or the product is defective.

Refunds
Once we have confirmed that the return conditions are met, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law. Where required by law, the original shipping cost equivalent to standard delivery will also be refunded. If a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us promptly after it arrives.
