The tea leaves, harvested in summer, are mi-fermented using a unique method developed by the Takeo family farm in Japan.
They develop a delicate balance between the richness of black tea and the elegance of oolong tea, offering a smooth, aromatic flavor.
Easy to pair with all kinds of meals or pastries, they are also perfect for chai, enhanced with your favorite spices.

For the Takeo family, making tea is first and foremost about “listening to the voice of the tea”:
observing, touching, smelling, and tasting to reveal its full richness and subtlety.

Since 1993, they have done so without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, in harmony with nature.

At Les Apaisantes, we have chosen teas from Mie, the hometown of Haruka (Les Apaisantes).
